Privacy & Confidentiality
In the transportation planning and engineering discipline, Fehr & Peers’ goal is to provide information that helps our clients make better decisions for travelers and for communities. While our intent is not to monitor individual behavior, we do understand that information used in transportation planning and engineering efforts is often compiled from individual data, and thus may contain potentially sensitive information.
Fehr & Peers is committed to protecting privacy and maintaining confidentiality. We have strong internal protocols to limit the use of and access to data during each stage of our projects, and to protect it from dissemination to others. Likewise, the subconsultants and data-gathering partners we work with also have strict confidentiality policies. Fehr & Peers will continue to maintain and update our protocols as data sources continue to evolve.
